The temperature control in the rooms needs attention!!! Noisy nights with open patio doors could impact your comfort, as does the lack of a true ski-in/ski-out experience. This place is not a five-star when you compare value!!!

As there were very few guests in the house during the first 3 days of our stay, the breakfast buffet was kept very small. You could order anything, but it has nothing to do with the variety of the buffet we got when the house filled up. It doesn't fit at this price.

incredibly nice and courteous staff. Room sizes and especially the bathroom are to be emphasized. The location is sensational, probably the best in town. Cleanliness is a top priority here. Dinner and wine list also sensational, I know few hotels with such a balanced and perfect combination of service and quality.
I can't say anything negative.

Super hotel in top location, well-kept and very clean... Very very friendly staff. There's absolutely nothing missing. Super cuisine with an ingenious quality... A huge thank you to the owners for the great birthday they have organized for my wife with great gifts.

Had an absolute blast! The indoor pool was seriously stunning, and I loved relaxing in the sauna after a day on the slopes. The only thing was the shower setup could use a bit more privacy, but it didn’t spoil my great experience. 😊

It was just an excellent fit for a weekend vacation in Ischgl with value for money. The hotel staff went out of their way to help when we needed extra pillows and they were very prompt in responding. For a quieter experience, try to request a room that's not facing the street.
